WanderSaver – B2C Terms and Conditions

Legal Entity: VVISH CREATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, operating under the brand WanderSaver

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your use of WanderSaver.com (the “Platform”) and constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User” or “Traveler”) and VVISH CREATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (“WanderSaver”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these T&Cs and our Privacy Policy.


1. Scope of Services

WanderSaver is an online intermediary offering verified and curated travel services through third-party suppliers. Our services include:

  • Domestic and international flight bookings

  • Hotel reservations (standard to luxury)

  • Holiday packages and guided tours

  • Bus bookings with verified operators

  • Visa assistance (non-guaranteed, subject to embassy/discretional approval)

  • Group travel coordination (enquiry-based, non-confirmatory)

WanderSaver is not the end-service provider for any product or service. All services are provided by licensed third-party vendors such as airlines, hotels, transport companies, tour operators, and visa agents. Users must agree to the individual terms of these vendors in addition to our T&Cs.


2. Booking Accuracy & User Responsibility

Users are responsible for providing accurate information including passenger names, ID details, contact information, travel preferences, and payment credentials.

WanderSaver will not be liable for any:

  • Booking errors, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect data provided

  • Missed flights, denied boarding, or visa rejections due to user negligence

  • Reconfirmation failures, missed hotel check-ins, or transport delays due to communication failure

Users must double-check confirmation details immediately after booking and notify us within 4 hours of any issue.


3. Booking Confirmation & Travel Documents

Upon successful payment and supplier validation, WanderSaver will issue e-confirmations or e-tickets. It is the user’s responsibility to:

  • Ensure receipt of all tickets and vouchers

  • Check spam/junk folders for missed emails

  • Contact support within 4 hours for any undelivered or incorrect documents


4. Modifications, Cancellations & Refunds

All changes and cancellations are governed strictly by the individual supplier’s policies. This includes:

  • Airlines (domestic and international)

  • Hotel chains and accommodation providers

  • Bus operators

  • Visa handling agencies

  • Holiday package organizers

  • Group travel facilitators

Applicable Fees:

  • Fare difference, supplier penalties, and processing fees may apply

  • WanderSaver levies a non-refundable service charge on all change or cancellation requests

  • Refunds, if approved, take 7–30 business days, and may be delayed beyond WanderSaver’s control

  • Some bookings may be non-refundable or non-changeable, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking

WanderSaver does not assure refund approval from suppliers. All refund claims must follow the processing timelines and methods dictated by the relevant vendor.

WanderSaver cannot be held liable for any denial of refunds or penalties enforced by any third-party suppliers, including for delays, cancellations, no-shows, or change requests.


5. Pricing, Availability & Limitations of Guarantee

All fares and rates displayed are dynamic and subject to:

  • Real-time supplier changes

  • Peak period fluctuations

  • Currency conversion differences

  • Technical or system delays

A booking is only confirmed once:

  • Full or partial payment is processed

  • Confirmation is explicitly received from the vendor

WanderSaver does not guarantee:

  • Price locks unless confirmed in writing

  • Seat preferences, meal choices, or special service requests

  • Room availability or exact hotel amenities unless pre-verified

WanderSaver shall not be liable for overbooked services, alternate arrangements provided by vendors, or upgrades/downgrades issued without prior consent.


6. User Conduct & Platform Usage

Users must:

  • Use WanderSaver solely for lawful and personal travel bookings

  • Not misuse login access or impersonate others

  • Not engage in scraping, bot usage, or data mining

  • Avoid harassing or using offensive language toward support staff

Users are responsible for:

  • Securing their login details

  • Reporting unauthorized access immediately

  • Accepting full accountability for any transaction made via their account


7. Passport, Visa & Regulatory Compliance

The traveler must:

  • Hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)

  • Possess correct visa(s) and adhere to entry/exit and transit rules of all relevant countries

  • Carry appropriate identification for domestic travel as per Indian law

WanderSaver is not liable for:

  • Embassy delays or rejections

  • Missed travel due to lack of documentation

  • Deportation, fines, or loss due to visa issues

Visa assistance is offered as a non-binding support service. Approval lies solely with the respective consulate/embassy.


8. Travel Insurance

WanderSaver does not provide travel insurance. Travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase independent insurance covering:

  • Medical emergencies

  • Trip cancellations

  • Baggage loss

  • Delayed departures or missed connections


9. Force Majeure & Third-Party Disruptions

WanderSaver shall not be held liable for delays, non-performance, or damages due to uncontrollable events including:

  • Natural calamities (floods, storms, earthquakes)

  • Political unrest, curfews, government orders

  • War, terrorism, or acts of sabotage

  • Pandemics, epidemics, or health advisories

  • Airline strikes, technical failures, or overbooking

  • Hotel shutdowns, maintenance, or refusal of entry

  • Bus delays due to traffic, breakdowns, or route changes

  • Last-minute itinerary changes or cancellations by holiday providers

  • Visa delays or unresponsiveness by embassies

  • Group booking rejections due to unavailability, regulatory constraints, or supplier limitations

Any such situation is considered Force Majeure and excludes WanderSaver from liability. Refunds or alternatives will only be extended if approved by the third-party provider. WanderSaver acts only as a booking facilitator.

Vendor Behavior Disclaimer:

WanderSaver is not responsible for:

  • Rude or unprofessional behavior by hotel staff, airline/bus employees, or visa officers

  • Delays in check-in, room readiness, or bus/flight departures

  • Hotel service issues including hygiene, food, Wi-Fi, or amenities unless booked under premium guaranteed service agreements

  • Miscommunication or refusal of service by suppliers

We do not control the on-ground operations of any supplier. Any such grievances should be raised directly with the service provider. WanderSaver can assist in escalation but has no binding authority over third-party actions.


10. Intellectual Property

All logos, brand elements, platform designs, and content displayed on WanderSaver.com are the intellectual property of VVISH CREATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, resale, or distribution is prohibited and subject to legal action.


11. Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These T&Cs shall be interpreted as per the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of a dispute:

  • The courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction

  • No claim shall lie against WanderSaver for punitive or consequential damages beyond what was paid to the platform

  • Users agree to first attempt resolution via our official grievance redressal process before initiating legal action

  • Any legal challenge raised against WanderSaver or VVISH CREATIONS must explicitly show negligence or intent to misrepresent by the platform; facilitation-based roles and vendor dependency exclude such liability by default


12. Updates & Amendments

WanderSaver reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these terms at any time. Users will be notified via email or website notification. Continued usage of the platform post-update implies acceptance of the revised terms.

By using WanderSaver, you:

  • Confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions

  • Waive WanderSaver and VVISH CREATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED from liability related to acts or omissions of third-party vendors

  • Agree to hold WanderSaver harmless in any event where the platform acted as a facilitator and not the end service provider
