From Service Request, select Call back request or Amendment. Provide details and submit your request for support follow-up.

Click the top-right burger menu and choose FD Calendar. Browse fixed departure dates and view packages by month. Click to enquire or book.

Under the top-right burger menu, Pax Calendar shows all bookings made by you in a monthly view. Helps with planning and follow-ups.

Click on GROUPS from the top menu, then choose Flight Group or Hotel Group. Submit the enquiry form with full details. Final confirmation depends on availability.

Use the Reminder option under the Web Check-In dropdown on the left panel. This lets you create reminders for yourself to track commitments or tasks, even if you're not logged into Agent Master. An email and a text message will be sent to you with the reminder details on the date and the time it’s set.

Use the Web Check-In section on the left. If you're helping a customer complete their web check-in for a specific airline, select the Web Check-In option under the dropdown. To send a reminder to your customer to complete their web check-in, use the Web Check-In Reminder option.

CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. It helps you track and manage all customer interactions, bookings, preferences, and sales leads efficiently. Click CRM from the left menu to add customer queries, tag them by type, update their status, and follow up at the right time. It’s a great tool for agents to stay organised and improve conversions by maintaining a strong relationship with clients.

Under the Marketing menu, choose Flyer Design or Landing Page. Use templates or custom upload options to brand your marketing materials.

Click on Manage Markup from the left panel. Set flat or percentage markup by product. Changes apply to future bookings only.

Go to My Account > Statement for transaction summaries. Visit Refunds in the same section to track pending or completed refunds.

Under My Account, go to Credit Notes or Debit Notes. Credit notes represent refunds or reversals. Debit notes show charges. Download options are available.

Navigate to My Account > My Invoice. Use filters for date or product type. Click the download icon to save the invoice PDF.

Select My Customer from the left panel. You can add new profiles, update details, and manage stored data like passport, DOB, and contact info for reuse in bookings.

To initiate a cancellation or rescheduling, go to My Bookings (left menu), choose the relevant booking under Flight, Hotel, or Bus Bookings, click on the Action tab for that booking, and select either Cancel or Reschedule from the dropdown options. The Service Request > Cancel Queue and Reschedule Queue sections are only for tracking the status of requests already raised. You cannot raise a new request from these sections.

Under My Bookings, use Hotel Bookings or Bus Bookings. Search and filter bookings by date or customer. Status and markup details are also visible.

Go to My Bookings > Flight Bookings from the left panel. Search by PNR, date, or customer name. Use filters to narrow results. Click on any booking for full details. To cancel or reschedule, click the Action tab on the specific booking and select the desired option.

Use the top navigation bar. Click FLIGHTS, HOTELS, or BUS for live bookings. For enquiry-based products, click HOLIDAYS, VISA, or GROUPS. The respective form appears on the same page.

From the booking screen or top bar, click on the wallet icon and click on TopUp Request. Choose your amount, select payment mode (UPI, net banking, cards, wallets), and proceed. The balance shows at the top-right.

Click on Profile Setting from the left menu or use the top-right burger menu. Here you can edit your contact information. To change your password, use the top-right burger menu and select Change Password — it’s a separate option and not part of Profile Setting.
