Payment Security

Payment Security Policy – B2B (Business-to-Business)

At WanderSaver, we recognize that our B2B clients — including travel agents, corporate travel managers, wholesalers, OTA partners, and affiliate resellers — operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where security, efficiency, and transparency in financial workflows are paramount. Our B2B payment infrastructure is designed to support complex, recurring, and scalable travel-related transactions with maximum safety and minimal operational friction.

1. Dedicated Corporate Payment Gateways

We provide our B2B clients access to dedicated payment solutions through trusted providers that support invoice payments, credit lines, NEFT/RTGS bank transfers, UPI auto-pay, and corporate cards. Each gateway adheres to PCI-DSS Level 1 standards and supports enterprise security configurations such as IP restrictions, custom payment URLs, and multi-payer reconciliation.

2. Role-Based Access and Financial Control

We provide corporate accounts with the ability to assign roles to their staff members such as finance, procurement, and operations. Each role has clearly defined privileges and all actions within the payment dashboard are logged in an immutable audit trail. This ensures financial accountability, prevents unauthorized actions, and simplifies internal reconciliation.

3. Invoice and Credit Limit Protection

All invoices raised on WanderSaver’s B2B platform are time-stamped, encrypted, and stored securely in compliance with GST norms and digital invoicing frameworks. Partners can define and monitor their credit usage, get alerts when credit limits are nearing exhaustion, and automate partial or milestone-based payments with approved documentation.

4. Advanced Authentication and Authorization

To access high-level financial functions such as releasing large bulk payments, viewing client payment history, or updating card-on-file, we enforce two-step authentication via OTP and 2FA, and for enterprise clients, we support integration with corporate identity systems such as Google Workspace SSO and Azure Active Directory.

5. Tokenized Payment Storage for Contracted Partners

For partners with standing agreements or contracted fares, we provide the option to store corporate cards securely using tokenization via our gateway partners. This allows for seamless recurring payments while ensuring no raw card data is ever stored or transmitted unprotected.

6. Secure Communication and Data Transfers

All financial documents, customer PII, and partner-sensitive information are exchanged using encrypted email channels or secure portals. We never use unsecured attachments or share Excel files containing payment data through non-compliant methods. Our internal systems are also segmented to prevent lateral threats and data leakage.

7. Legal and Regulatory Compliance

WanderSaver ensures compliance with all applicable financial reporting and data privacy standards including the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, RBI Digital Payments Guidelines, GST frameworks, GDPR (for international partners), and CCPA (where applicable). We also support invoice-level audit trail exports for external audits.

8. Milestone-Based Payment Terms

For B2B clients dealing with large MICE groups, educational tours, or long-term bookings, we provide flexible milestone-based payment structures with linked service deliverables. These can be tracked through our contract dashboard and include payment release logic such as document upload, rooming list approval, or ticket issuance.

9. Payment Reporting and Real-Time Dashboards

B2B clients can access live dashboards showing booked services, invoices due, settled payments, pending refunds, and credit usage. Reports can be exported in XLS, CSV, or PDF format and are compatible with ERP and accounting tools like Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, and Tally.

10. B2B Financial Support and Escalation Matrix

All our corporate partners receive access to priority support channels for payment-related concerns. This includes a named account manager, a dedicated finance liaison for bulk settlements, and an escalation path to senior management for any disputes or technical issues impacting service continuity.
